Re: Oil pressure gauge

this is a test, I haven't received mail dated beyond 2/2/00 3:26 pm. I know
that cannot be right. I keep getting the the same message. Is there
something wrong with my server?

>Sounds good to me. It might be difficult finding a gage that fits in
right, has the correct range of pressure, and looks complimenting to the
bike's dash. Perhaps a combination pressure/temp gage (if one exists). I
always thought it would be neat to have a shift light set up to illuminate
the OEM dash lights. How about a Boost Gage...yeahhh! for a turbo!!!. I
wish that turbo dude would modest up a bit on his pricing. How about a
mini-storage compartment for the near useless fuel gage hole. Eric just
mentioned a voltmeter. I would prefer an ampmeter...more difficult to
install, but will tell you the net amperage going into or out of the
battery....the ampmeter will show if the alternator is providing more amps
to the battery that it is currently drawing, thus showing the net amount of
charging taking place. A negative reading will mean that the alt is not
keeping up with draw. A large amount of charging indicates a poor battery,
or excessive draw when the bike is off!
