Digest frequency

I have had a couple people on the digest ask for more digests per day.

Currently you get one per day unless the digest exceeds 60k and then it 
will automatically go.

I can set it up for 2 or more times per day which would make each digest 
shorter and you wouldn't have to wait so long for your ST / RS fix........

I need some feedback OFF LIST to eric@xxxxxxxxxx from digest subscribers only.
