Performance pipe setup?

     For anybody out there with the Two Brothers C5 can and performance 
     tune loaded.
     
     Is the setup procedure identical to the Triumph Performance can? 
     ie: Same FI map, Same CO level, Adjustments to the throttle bodies? 
     etc...
     
     I have mine booked in for for the performance tune download next 
     Wendesday and would like as much info as possible before hand.
