Centrestand Recall

I returned to my dealer, Bridge to have the upgraded centrestand fitted. =
My bike is an April99 Black ST which I bought secondhand through Bridge =
from Triumph. Bridge were aware of the recall, they were happy to do =
the Warranty claim and booked me in, but when they spoke to Triumph to =
order the part quoting my registration number, they found that before =
the bike was delivered out to Bridge for re-sale Triumph had fitted a =
Mk3 stand which is now strengthened in other ways?? and doesn't have the =
extra tabs as described on the web site.
It would be interesting if anyone with a brand new 00 ST, could check on =
their bike to see if they have the tabs fitted as in the Mk2 or not as =
the Mk1 and Mk3.
