	So we could, in theory, take it apart and fix it with an angle grinder?

	Er, I know this is becoming rather circular, but what exactly does the
fix fix?  Does it make the fuel gauge drop more or less as soon as you
start riding, or smoothly from about 100 miles as mine currently does? 
(Or rather, from about 80 miles in recent months - has a new tune
screwed up fuel consumption or am I Mr Leadhand?  Discuss :-)
