John,
I had a bit of trouble with hugger installation also, I broke mine in half
(plastic rivets) in Hermy's parking lot trying to do a quick installation,
looked pretty straight forward. Others on the list have said it was no
problem. For the bag, I bought a few extra pieces of strap and a few quick
disconnects and installed them to the front and rear so the bag comes off in
a few seconds. There are a few other variations presented by other listers.
