I spoke with Givi again about a month ago and at that point they still 
didn't want to commit to anything, but the tone was more a question of when 
where previous conversations had been more along the lines of no plans 
whatsoever.

John Fitzwater does make an adapter plate (for standard GiVi luggage) for 
the ST however - there is information on the pannier section of the 
accessory page on the ST site.
