I would bet that those are straight pipes with no baffles.  I started my ST once without the muffler for giggles when removing the rear for replacement...sounded pretty neat.  Performance-wise the absence of backpressure inhibits scavenging and can burn up exhaust valves...unless used for strict drag-racing application.

Side note:  We get a case of the Red Ass tonight with the red moon and eclipse!!

Anyone know anything about this company? Does this product really exist, or
is it as the picture says, a one off? Have they been approached about
making one for the ST?

That pipe is so sexy (and it's not because of the babe either!) that I
almost wouldn't care if the bike lost some performance.
