It was definitely brought on by me. I remember that he said something along 
the lines of "if you do that one more time I'm going to rap you across the 
knuckles." So being the wise ass that I am, I looked at him, turned off the 
ignition and said "What ?"

Needless to say, he was not amused. I still see him at least twice a year 
for various local runs and he still gives me flack about it ;-)
