I picked mine up in the rain too :-)

Be sure to make several stops, turning off the engine.  More heat cycles, the merrier!!

       It's freaking beautiful!  3500 rpm is a nightmare, so I plan on
getting the first 100 done today.  I picked it up in a pouring rain
this morning, and rode 35 miles.  It's stopped raining now.  I'd write
more, but well, I gotta go ride.  :)
