I have trouble getting disposable earplugs to seat properly, so
three years ago I bought a pair of custom made permanent earplugs.
They cost me GBP 45 (USD 75?) at the time, and I should think that
I've saved at least that in disposables over the three years.
I find them more comfortable, more consistent and much easier to
insert than foam earplugs.
