First Track day!

I'm heading to Eastern Creek International Raceway in Sydney for a track
day on June 17th.  This is my first go on the track and I notice a few
on this list seem to go to them regularly..

This one is graded A,B and C with C being for first timers and the
inexperienced in general.  They have rules such as no overtaking on the
inside etc.

I'd be grateful if anyone had any hints or tips re these days.  I
expect, for a start, that I'm gonna get tired.  I'm also wondering what
effect it might have on my tyres and the bike in general...
