I think that, at a minimum, the money I spent on 'diagnosis' at South
Bay should be refunded to me. A nice, formal letter of apology would
really help improve my feelings about Triumph as well.

I'm going to spend part of the next week writing stuff up and get some
pictures of the damaged parts when I pick up the bike, then I'm going
to start mailing stuff off.
