So does that mean that the closed angle of the throttle butterfly is 12
degrees on a '99 ST and 5 degrees on a '00 ST? If so, would I be correct if
I assume that this is something that is not easy (or perhaps impossible) to
change?
I'm very impressed by your diligence in tracking down this stuff. Very
refreshing!
