radiator brushes !!!

In a recent issue of Motorcycle News, they mentioned using a radiator brush
to clean difficult-to-get-at parts on the bike.
But when I tried my local hardware store, all they had was a paintbrush on a
very long, thin metal stem for painting radiators.
I'm assuming that the brush MCN was talking about is for cleaning, not
painting.
Has anyone in the UK bought one, or is it a transatlantic phenomenon?
