    As someone once pointed out to me, why should the tacho be any more
accurate than the speedo?  The mechanism is much the same, and this
would explain why my Super III would pull well past an indicated 10krpm
when the rev limiter should have been at 9,750.

    I still haven't hit the rev limiter on the Sprint; it just feels
right changing up at the red line.

    As far as speed goes, the fastest I've been on the Sprint is about
148mph indicated, but I hope to top that on my return to the
Nuerburgring this year :-)
