Rear disc scoring/ (was Re: (no subject))

I can't say as I have.

However, does yours seem to do much? I'm not much of a user of the back
brake, but this past weekend I was playing around with it and found it
really didn't have much force. Even standing on it only produced a light
amount of braking -- certainly no worry of locking the rear up!

I'm wondering if it's just doing a poor job because I haven't used it
much. It seemed to get a little more effective towards the end of the
day. Maybe the pad just needs to get properly bedded? I guess there
could be some chain grunge that needs to be scrubbed off, too.
