Front Tire Change HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sitting here at 11:30 at night trying to get my front tire and
cannot figure out how to get the speedometer housing off. Should it not
just come right off the wheel?  I hope someone is still awake this late,
I want to take it in first thing in the morning so I will have time to
go for a ride before it rains.  Anyone out there got any advice?
