I have had great luck with LEXAL.  I used the cleaner on my jacket and use
the conditioner gloves, jackets and boots.  Get a soft bristle brush for the
cleaner.  Wear your gloves when spreading the conditioner around and you get
to soften up your gloves at the same time!!!
