Kevin,
	The fuel noise should only be in the morning and while the motor/fuel pump 
warms up.  It should stop making noise during normal operation.  At the 
most a moderate buzz and then only occasionally.  I would perhaps get a 
second opinion from another dealer to double check.  If the pressure 
regulator is indeed bad (way too much noise) then it is a warranty issue.
