Re: Gas leak (from new fuel sender?)



Matt,
I deal with motorycle dealerships and motorcycle companies the same way I
deal with other business partners. That is, I know that if something happens
without my persistant periodical calling and polite pressure, it was likely
an accident or remarkable good luck. In times of plenty, they often feel no
need at all to really care if problems are resolved. There are a few
extraordinary examples of dealerships that try hard but are then only
confounded by bad corporate support. My firm-but-polite approach has seemed
to be the only thing that works well and patience seems to simply encourage
bad results. I'd get the phone numbers or call the corporate offices and
find a human responsible for what you need. Call them every few days until
it is resolved or you will likely go to the back of the line behind guys
like me that do keep calling. Just a thought from someone that does not like
to wait for pretty much anything.
