You situation is hard to reconcile with my recent Triumph experiences and
the experiences of many others. Unless there are some mitigating
circumstances, it sounds like they owe you a loaner right away. If you can
document this experience, you may have grounds for a lawsuit against the
dealer and/or Triumph. Personally, if that happened to me for that long, I'd
buy something else while I was selling the bike back to the dealer.
