Top Bag bumpers

I have a question for owners who have had the top bag installed for awhile.
Out of the six plastic bumpers that make contact with the rack, 4 of mine
had disappeared from wear, and a 5th was about to go. I took it in to get
them replaced about a month ago and Cal BMW/Triumph is still waiting to get
the correct pieces.

Anybody else have a problem with the bumpers and was it easy to get them
replaced? The dealer had a hard time finding the correct part number, and
the first thing that came in was the rubber bumpers that are used when
setting it on the ground.
