You must have purchased a Skyking product to enter the Customer
Appreciation Holiday Give Away*. E-mail (skykingskunkworks@xxxxxxxxxxx)
your positive comments about any of the Skyking Products you purchased and
you are entered to win:
One Grand Prize any Skyking Product of your choice (max.value $260)
One First Prize any Skyking Product credit of $100 (max.value $100)
One Second Prize any Skyking Product credit of $75 (max.value $75)
One Third Prize any Skyking Product credit of $50 (max.value $50)
100 prize winners will get the Skyking Logo sticker (max. value $1 each)
Customer Appreciation Holiday Give Away *
1) PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Previous or current Skyking purchase is necessary
to enter. Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) on November 1,
2000 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on December 22, 2000. Prizes
will be awarded in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
received. One entry per e-mail address (if multiple entries are entered
the contestant is disqualified). Proof of purchase will be required.
2) HOW TO ENTER: Email to (skykingskunkworks@xxxxxxxxxxx) and provide your
First and Last Name, E-mail address, Street Address, city, state, zip,
phone number, the product you purchased and provide a few comments about
the product up to one page. Entrants must complete all required information
on the online entry form to be eligible. You must have purchased a Skyking
product to enter. If you have not purchased a Skyking Product then you can
do that with an Skyking Dealer or directly prior to the deadline date of
11:59 PM (Pacific Time) on December 22, 2000. Invalid e-mail address will
be disqualified.
Mail-in Method: Print your first and last name, street address, city,
state, Zip, phone number and e-mail address (if available) along with your
positive comments and mail to: Skyking ; 3934 Santa Nella Place; San Diego,
CA USA 92130. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 13, 2000 and
received by December 20, 2000 to be eligible. Entries submitted by a
single entrant in excess of the one (1) entry maximum whether via write-in
or online, are void. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late,
misdirected or postage due entries or mail, or for any computer, online,
telephone, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. All
entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Information provided will be used for a customer testimonial page soon to
be added to www.skykingproducts.com. All entries are subject to the terms
set in this document.
3) WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about
December 24, 2000 under the supervision of John Y. King., an sole owner of
Skyking, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4) PRIZE: One Grand Prize any Skyking Product of your choice (max. value
$260); One First Prize any Skyking Product credit of $100 (max. value
$100); One Second Prize any Skyking Product credit of $75 ( max. value
$75); One Third Prize any Skyking Product credit of $50 ( max. value $50);
100 prize winners will get the Skyking Logo sticker (max. value $1 each);
The winners have 60 days to decide which Skyking gift they would like to
receive for the Grand, First, Second and Third
prize respectively. Any expenses not explicitly listed herein, including
any applicable additional taxes and shipping on a prize is the sole
responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.Prizes
will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail and/or e-mail. Prizes
are nontransferable and no substitution is allowed, except by the sponsor
who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if
advertised prize is unavailable Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a
prize of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable.
5) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50
United States and District of Columbia 18 years of age or older. Void in
Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. The immediate family or household
members of Skyking are not eligible to enter.
6) GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms
of these official rules and agree to these rules. The laws of the United
States govern this Sweepstakes. All Federal, State and Local laws and
regulations apply. Winner will be notified via U.S. Mail within two (2)
weeks of prize drawing. Winners may be required to execute and return an
Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where legal, Publicity Release
within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification.
Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize
notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection
of an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for
Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By
entering, participants release and hold harmless Skyking from any and all
liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in
connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won.
7) INTERNET: The use of any automated launching or entry software or any
other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant to
automatically enter repeatedly (only one entry) is prohibited. If for any
reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the
sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the sponsor reserves the
right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
Sweepstakes. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access
to, or alteration of, entries. The sponsor is not responsible for any
problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone
lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment,
software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by sponsors on
account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any
injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating
to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any
materials in this Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND
CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE
RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail
address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account
holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized
account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or
other organization (e.g., business, educational,institution, etc.) that is
responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with
the submitted e-mail address.
