My understanding is that the '99 was a 18/43 and the '00 is a 19/43.  Not 
sure on the '01s, but I assume the '01 is also 19/43.  I agree the 19 is a 
bit tall and prefer the 18.  Eric is running a 17 and can comment on how 
snappy it is.
