RS Insurance for a new rider.

Hi:
I'd appreciate your recommendations as to the best insurance company for a
new rider.  By the best, I mean, a low premium and a reasonable reputation
for paying claims... a tall order, I know...
So far, I have tried AAA - they quoted a contracted rate with Progressive (I
think) - I would have to pay the entire premium in advance at a cost of $600
per year.  Thats Liability, Comp & Coll with a $250 deductible.

If you can help me find a better rate, please let me know.
