I just checked your gearing with the handy-dandy spreadsheet. 19 & 45 is
actually still a touch higher gearing overall than 18 & 43, which is stock on
the '99 models. Your fuel mileage should be fine. Hmmm, I wonder what 18 & 45
would feel like? 17 & 45 sounds intriguing, too. Hmmm, how far shall we go?
