fender extender

Darren_Mason@xxxxxxxxxx wants to fit a fender extension.

I fitted the Triumph extender to my T3 Sprint with some of that household
sealant/adhesive (it's called "Goop" here). I couldn't bring myself to
drill holes in the fender.

What I did do was to drill holes in the *extender* to provide a good "key"
for the adhesive, and I roughed up the inside of the fender with sandpaper
for the same reason.

It's been in place for two years with no sign of falling off.
