Just wondering

Am I correct in assuming that the design of the Triumph logo changed in 1990
when John Bloor took over?

Was there a particular reason that it had to change, or did they just feel
the new one looked better?  Maybe they just wanted to differentiate the
revived company from the 'old' Triumph?

What is the significance of 'Triumph Designs Ltd.' vs 'Triumph Motorcycles
Ltd.'?
