stupid question re: heated grips installation

When it comes to things mechanical I am not the sharpest tool in the shed.
I would like to know what fellow listers think is the best tool for cutting
the hole in the fairing that houses the three position switch for the heated
grips.

I am not interested in mounting the switch elsewhere, I like the stock
mounting location.  However, having no experience at cutting holes in
fairings, I am a bit reluctant to do so.

Anyhelp is appreciated.  Thanks...
