Re: Question about rear hugger

     Jesse,

I fitted the genuine Triumph hugger and am very disapointed with it.
It looks really neat and fits well but doesn't wrap around the sides
of the tyres as much as huggers on other bikes I've had. The result is
that an unacceptable amount of road crud makes its way past the hugger
and onto the swingarm and shock.

A hugger is definitely a worth while investment but it'd be worth
looking for a more enclosing design than the Triumph offering.

If I recollect correctly, Keith Peters had an alternative model fitted
to Longtail that looked like it would do the job effectively.

     Martin,
     Wet and muddy Ireland!

Anybody got any strong feelings about the hugger? Worth the expense?
