Re: Riders who wear glasses.

Hi Keith

Thanks for advice on McGuires. I too am a four eyed git and I initially
bought a Fog City, the Visor stayed
clear but my glasses seem to mist up worse, I then bought a Foggy mask (£
9.99 at MPS) which is a neoprene device that attaches to your helmet with
velcro (so can be washed) and when your helmet is on sits over the bridge of
your nose. It is bloody fantastic, I've been riding bikes on and off now
for some 23 years and it is the business. You can stay still for as long as
you like, walk into a warm house or fuel station after a ride in the cold
with your helmet on and your visor or glasses still won't mist. I gather
this gadget works for non spectacled riders as well. I've also just got a
thermal neck tube which I pull up over my chin, this does leave my mouth and
nose exposed to the element but seems fine, there's nothing stopping you
pulling it up over your nose and adjusting the foggy to go over that I
suppose.

Are you going to Weston on Sunday ?

Best regards
Phil

Subject: Riders who wear glasses.

Now approaching my first winter after returning to biking.

My question is:

What solutions or products have people used in an effort to keep the visor
and their glasses both clear of rain and fog free?

TIA
