Heck, as smart as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is, you can
probably patent the idea and make Kaw license it back from you. Lord
knows the PTO doesn't try very hard to find prior art. (Don't get me
started on the stupidity of one-click shopping patents, etc.)
