Er... sounds like it ain't going to be such a grand affair after all.....
just called them to get details, and there ARE no details to get - except
that the Triumph truck is not showing up.  No date set either.  Still
supposed to happen though.  I'll email you when I know more.  

But if you're in New York and looking for a party, get thee to the "Ear Inn"
in the West Village on a Tuesday night.  The beer's OK, and so are the
burgers, but every Tuesday is unofficially bike night, so there's usually a
good selection of machines out front to ogle.
