your right, i noticed the same thing with my st.  first time out, i tried to
take some of it out with the drain and ended up soiling myself.

if you want to take some of it out through the filler, try a tube and a
thing ( dont know the name ), that people use to water a turkey when
cooking. you know, press insert, then release so it sucks the liquid.

i never tried it, but it may work, it would sure be funny to see you try.
