Geez, we're beginning to sound like a Beemer list!
I don't like the rat on the logo either. It's too benevolant looking. It should be menacing. Heck, look at the dawg in the TSRA logo -- very menacing. I also don't believe that people are going to base their decision on purchasing a brand or join a club because of a rat or any animal is on a patch. The R.A.T. has never struck me as Triumph trying to make an iconoclastic statement.
I also understand that some of us want to cease the perpetuation of the outlaw-skanky-biker image and maybe that's why the rat on the logo puts some of us off. Cripes, I better log off as I can probably deconstruct this further while making all of you dislocate your jaws from yawning or alienating myself by revealing how toatly lame I can be late in the evening (read old).
Cheers,
Ratina :-)
