    The *alleged* ozone layer problem is an ozone DEFICIENCY,... the
most efficient creator of ozone at our disposal is smog. The federal
government is doing a wonderful job of creating ozone by burning down
the country, actually creating more ozone than all the cars in the
nation running together at the same time.  Our tax dollars at
work!
