No, I think that you mean the accessory adapter (which is fused at 2 amps 
for the optimate charger).

The accessory socket (receptacle) on the ST is fused (on the 99s at least) 
at 10 amps. The only other thing on that circuit are the heated grips. A 
heated vest will be no problem.
