Gen Mars, New rear sprocket on RS

Have a set of Gen Mar risers for ST or RS for sale. Used them on my RS for
about 2 weeks and preferred the original bar placement. As a result, the Gen
Mars are for sale in new condition. Install in 10 minutes with no mods or
changes whatsoever.

Also have centerstand for 99 ST (won't fit '00 ST or RS) for sale cheap.
Also left ST handlebar (with the sandblasted finish; the new issue is plain,
unpolished).

Am installing 46 tooth rear sprocket (stock=43) in my RS tomorrow and will be
pleased to share the results. I know that Paul Steinbacher used a 45 tooth
rear sprocket and he was real happy. The 3 extra teeth make a difference of
approx. 7% in the gearing and is 1.75% lower gearing than changing the front
drive sprocket from 19 teeth to 18 (5.25%). Two additional teeth in the rear
sprocket (like Paul's) make a difference of approx. 4.7%.

Will be using the alloy Sprocket Specialists unit which is lighter than the
steel one fitted as stock (less unsprung weight).

The RS is more amenable to changing the rear (vs. front) sprocket as the
stock rear axle position on the swing arm is nearly all the way out and there
might not be enough room to take up the slack caused by a smaller front
sprocket (as well as adjust the chain as it ages and stretches). There is
the option of removing a link and re-peening the chain. For you guys with
the fancy single-sided swingarm, you can just spin your eccentric adjuster
around and go either way.
