I've just got done replacing my rotors for my 99 Sprint ST.  My bike is out 
of warranty however, so I purchased a set of EBC aftermarket rotors instead 
of OEM version--total cost was about $380 US.

I would assume TOA should pay your way on this, since generally speaking the 
rotors are supposed to last longer than the pads ;>)
