Patti,

A GOOD dealer/service department would not have made that mistake in the 
first place!  Like me, I think you should consider working on the bike 
yourself or let a trusted friend work on it.  I still cannot believe that a 
"qualified" mechanic could make that kind of  mistake if they were really 
paying attention!
