I had to do this, too. If you're using a Microsoft OS and a fairly 
recent version of IE, select the "Windows Update" option from the 
"Tools" menu in IE, then click on "Product Updates" on the left-hand 
side of the resulting page. Eventually you'll see a page listing all the 
updates your browser and OS could benefit from. The "AOL Image Support" 
package should appear in the "Additional Windows Features" section.
