[ST] The letter

The letter from State Farm Ins came today. It is a "notice of  rejection
medical payments" Their asking me to sign and return it asap. I thought
i herd on the news today that this federal ruling wouldn't take affect
until May 2,01 Has anybody herd anything else. Any thoughts?
