[ST] The new 10 tune

Greetings all,

I took my ST into the dealer last Saturday for the performance tune since 
I've installed a TBR high mount can.  The service manager just received the 
new 10 tune a week prior.  Unfortunately, my ST is still sitting at the 
dealer waiting for the new tune.  It appears that there are some issues or 
bugs with the new tune that are making it difficult to download.  My service 
manager first had a difficult time downloading the tune to the gameboy and 
now the bike won't accept the tune.  Has anyone attempted to load the new 
tune yet?  Any issues like we're having?  Any tips to make the tune work?  
The shop has called Triumph several times, but are having a difficult time 
getting return call.  

My poor ST has no tune in it now......no tune, no Vroom.   : (
