RE: [ST] Tyres Again

I don't understand how anyone could get mileage that low. With my stock
BT57's last year I got 12000 miles before they had to be changed, and that's
only because I over-heated the centers by running under inflated for part of
my first long trip, 1400 miles roundtrip.
When I switched I went with the Metzeler Z4, and I don't like particularly
like them, just before the Ralleye last year. I don't have the same trust
in these when cranking the bike over as I did before. With the stock 57's I
could, without hesitation or apprehension, scrap the peg feelers at will.
The Z4's almost feel like they're dual radiused, I really can't describe it
well. I'm just going to run these out then replace them.
A good 90% of my riding is done straight up highway running anyway so I'm
not concerned by not scraping pegs and body plastic all the time.
