[ST] Stock Fork Rate Error

I apologize for speaking before checking my facts.  The RaceTech website
lists the stock spring rate as 0.75 kg/m - NOT the 0.65 that I had
thought.  Somewhere, I had written down in my notes the incorrect
figure, but when I checked the actual printout, it is 0.75.

My apologies for the error.
