[ST] Part Number? JL Screen

Anybody know the part number of the Triumph hard decal found on the
panniers?  I am ordering a few things from Lilleys and can not seem to
locate them.  What kind of adhesive gives best results for re-attachment?

Also, for those with the JL double bubble...are you quite satisfied with it?
