Ya, after I read what I wrote I would have been disappointed if I didn't
hear from someone :)

I thought the same thing, too, when my ST was new. But, in my experience
I found that it just took a very long time for the rear pads to bed in
and for the rotor to mate with the pads. Just keep using it a lot and it
should get better.

Thanks Blake, I've been standing on the brake more and it does appear to
work a little better.
As far as keeping Bass Ale Dawg company, I'm looking forward to it.
I really hope I don't offend any fellow Western Rally attenders, and I don't
want ya to take this the wrong way. But, you folks inspired me. Most of you
were at least my age(40) or older and I'd previously felt that I was too old
to own a bike which required leaning over to ride. I'm now the proud owner
of an RS, ONLY because I saw how much fun you all were having and that
leaning over didn't bother you. So, to that I must say Thank You to this
list and Thank You to TSRA for having a splendid rally and for opening a new
world for me.

Lisa, I really don't have a problem with the air on the RS, I was just
pointing out a big difference between the RS and the Trophy. But since you
mentioned it, what do you mean by "clean up" the air? Right now the main
force of air come off the screen and hits me in the chin. I'm assuming that
the double bubble lifts the air???

Jim, do you ride a blue ST with TourMaster Cortech bags?? If so, I saw you
from a distance as you were leaving the racetrack.
You are absolutely right about the facility. They have done nothing to
improve that track in years. I hear that the guy who owns it is currently
going through a divorce and everyone who knows them is praying that the wife
gets the track. Apparently this Colonel guy has really put the track on a
downhill slide. I try to go to the Superbike Races every year, but I'm
thinking about going to RoadAmerica next year instead.
