I had my rear pads replaced on my 12K service (@13K). My clutch cable is
good but the thing that holds the cable to the gearbox broke at 11K.  IT
was covered under warrenty, but out of convenience, I had a local shop
fashion one for me. My Triumph mechanic looked at it and told me it would
be fine, but would be happy to do the warrenty work on it.
