[ST] RS bar risers

I have not one, but two sets of Gen-Mar bar risers on my RS. That's a total of 2-1/4 inch rise over stock, about the same as an ST with one set of risers. All stock cables still work, but I had to grind out a notch on the throttle side of the fairing in order to maintain full steering lock. (the throttle cable is what hits the fairing, and you may be tempted to rotate the cable 180 so it runs off the underside of the twist grip, but don't do this, as it messes up the cable, especially if you have heated grips, as I do) You'll also need longer bolts than those supplied with the riser kit. No problems once done, and it is more comfortable.
